Brew coffee - can use regular or decaf. If drinking regular coffee, make sure to add one extra cup of water during the day.
Add all ingredients to a NutriBullet, Ninja, or blender and blend to desired consistency.
Add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
Instead of ITG Cappuccino, substitute any ITG powdered shake/pudding mixes or an ITG Ready to Drink Chocolate or Vanilla Shake (do not add skim milk if using pre-made shakes).
